Resortium will provide an interim manager on a rate per day, plus VAT and expenses. The manager is employed by Resortium who are responsible for PAYE and NIC.
You are invoiced on a weekly basis, so do not have the normal restrictions on you imposed by employment legislation. All Resortium Interim Managers are covered by Professional Indemnity insurance.
